Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Services provided by WORLD TRAVEL & TOURISM MARKET LTD. (“WTTM”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Effective date: 27 April 2026

1. Definitions and incorporation by reference

“Services” means WTTM websites, applications, accounts, events, advertising products, memberships, digital content, and related offerings. “You” means the individual or organisation using the Services.

Certain offerings incorporate additional terms (for example exhibitor agreements, sponsorship schedules, or card programme rules). In case of conflict, the more specific terms prevail for that offering.

1a. Marketplace role and travel services

WTTM operates a global travel and tourism marketplace, exhibition and events platform, membership programme, advertising platform, and B2B partner network. Unless expressly stated at checkout for a specific product, WTTM acts as an intermediary/platform connecting users with third-party travel, event, and commercial suppliers. Supplier terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be legally able to contract in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account.

WTTM may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud risk, legal obligation, or non-payment.

3. Payments, pricing, taxes, and invoices

Prices may be shown in selected currencies. Taxes, duties, and fees may be added where required. You authorise WTTM and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method.

Card payments outside Uzbekistan may be processed by Stripe. For users in Uzbekistan, card payments are processed in UZS through a licensed Uzbekistan acquiring bank (including JSC Oktobank, subject to merchant onboarding and activation). If base pricing is shown in USD, settlement may be converted from USD to UZS by the acquiring bank according to applicable rates and Uzbekistan regulations.

Bank transfers may involve designated partner banks. You must follow official payment instructions only.

You agree that card network rules (including Visa and Mastercard dispute rules) may apply between you and your issuer.

4. Stripe relationship and receipts

Where Stripe processes a payment, technical aspects of authorisation, authentication, refunds, and receipts may be operated by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s terms. WTTM may receive payment status and limited non-sensitive metadata to fulfil your order.

5. Product-specific terms: tickets, memberships, and advertising

Event tickets: admission is personal unless otherwise stated. Tickets may be non-transferable, subject to identity checks, and governed by event-specific schedules shown at purchase.

Memberships and WTTM Card programmes: access begins upon activation. Fees for periods already delivered are generally non-refundable unless mandatory law applies.

Advertising and partner packages: inventory, creative production, and publication dates may be non-cancellable once approved or live. Partner/exhibitor packages may include booth allocation, directory listings, and lead-capture tools with separate commercial schedules incorporated at checkout.

6. Chargebacks, fraud, and misuse of payment methods

You must not initiate chargebacks or bank disputes in bad faith where a valid contractual obligation exists. WTTM may provide evidence to acquirers and payment partners under Visa, Mastercard, and bank rules.

Suspected fraud, sanctions evasion, or payment misuse may result in suspension, cancellation, and recovery of costs where lawful.

7. Termination and suspension

WTTM may suspend or terminate access to the Services, refuse orders, or close accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud risk, legal obligation, non-payment, or conduct harmful to other users or partners.

Upon termination, accrued payment obligations and restrictions on misuse of intellectual property survive.

8. Force majeure

WTTM is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, strikes, telecommunications failures, banking outages, or major supplier insolvency. Remedies for affected events depend on the product terms (refund, credit, or rescheduling).

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not: misuse the Services; attempt to bypass security; scrape the Services in violation of robots rules or technical limits; upload malware; infringe intellectual property; harass others; provide fraudulent documents; engage in market manipulation; launder money; evade sanctions; misuse chargebacks; or interfere with other customers’ use.

We may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement where permitted.

10. Intellectual property

WTTM and its licensors own trademarks, logos, software, text, graphics, and other materials. Subject to these Terms, WTTM grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the Services for personal or internal business use as permitted by your subscription or purchase.

You grant WTTM a licence to host, reproduce, and display content you submit, solely to operate and promote the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party services (travel suppliers, banks, analytics, maps). Third-party terms govern those relationships. WTTM is not responsible for third-party availability, pricing errors on third-party sites, or third-party conduct.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. WTTM disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTTM’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to WTTM for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred British pounds (£100), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct).

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify WTTM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of payment methods—except to the extent caused by WTTM’s wilful misconduct.

14. Governing law, disputes, and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless WTTM elects another competent forum.

If you are a consumer, you may have non-waivable rights to sue in your home courts under local law.

16. Customer support and complaints

General support: [email protected]. Privacy: [email protected]. Legal/compliance: [email protected]. Uzbekistan: [email protected].

We aim to acknowledge support and complaint emails within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days (complex payment, AML, or refund cases may take longer).

Before initiating a chargeback, contact WTTM with your order reference. Formal complaints should include your name, contact email, order ID, and a clear description. See /legal-compliance for our complaints and dispute escalation process.

17. Changes and contact

WTTM may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may require additional notice.

For refund conditions and processing timelines, see: /refund-policy. For official seller and legal entity details, see: /company-info.
