1. Scope and relationship to the Privacy Policy

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Where cookies involve personal data, the Privacy Policy describes how that data is processed, retained, and secured. Capitalised terms used here have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service unless otherwise defined.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts, software development kits (SDKs), and device identifiers used for authentication, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising measurement where permitted.

3. Strictly necessary cookies and security

Some cookies are essential for the operation of the platform, including security, load balancing, session integrity, bot mitigation, and fraud prevention. These may be set without consent where legally permitted because the service cannot be provided safely without them.

Payment flows may rely on session continuity and device signals to reduce fraud. Where Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) or 3-D Secure is used, related session identifiers may be strictly necessary for the transaction.

Functional cookies remember choices you make (such as language, region, accessibility settings, or form progress) to improve usability. Where required, we will obtain consent before using non-essential functional cookies.

5. Analytics and performance

6. Payment providers and card-scheme context (Stripe; Visa; Mastercard)

When you pay with cards, cookies or similar technologies may be operated by Stripe and/or your card issuer as part of authentication, risk scoring, and compliance workflows. Visa and Mastercard operate global networks with their own rules for issuers and acquirers; those institutions—not WTTM—determine issuer-side authentication experiences in many cases.

7. Marketing technologies (where used)

If we use marketing or advertising measurement cookies, we will do so in line with applicable consent requirements and provide controls where feasible. You may also use industry opt-out tools where available in your jurisdiction.

8. Ipak Yuli Bank and regional payment journeys

If you are offered or routed to bank-transfer, local card, or partner-hosted payment pages involving JSC Ipak Yuli Bank (“Ipak Yuli Bank”, Uzbekistan) or other banking partners, additional cookies or storage may be set by those providers on their domains. Those technologies are governed by the partner’s policies.

9. Your choices: browser settings, banners, and withdrawal

You can control cookies through browser settings (including blocking or deleting cookies), and—where we operate a consent tool—through your preferences centre. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Strictly necessary cookies may remain active to provide core functionality.

Blocking certain cookies may degrade features (for example saved preferences or checkout continuity).

Cookie retention varies by purpose; session cookies expire when the browser session ends, while persistent cookies remain for a defined period unless deleted. We may update this Policy to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or service design.
