Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Policy describes how WTTM delivers digital services and—where applicable—physical items, including timelines, verification steps, and limitations involving carriers and customs processes.

1. Digital delivery (default for many WTTM services)
Many WTTM products are digital (for example access credentials, confirmations, advertising placements, digital publications, platform entitlements, or downloadable materials). Digital items are typically delivered by email, in-app notification, dashboard message, or account area.
Standard digital fulfilment is usually immediate or within 24–48 hours unless verification, compliance review, fraud screening, manual approval, or technical integration steps are required. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact details, spam filtering, or customer-side mailbox restrictions.
2. Physical goods (only where expressly offered)
If a product is physical, estimated production and shipping timelines will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation where available. Timelines are estimates only and may be affected by inventory, manufacturing, public holidays, carrier capacity, weather, industrial action, or force majeure events.
3. Address accuracy, customs, duties, and import controls
You are responsible for accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, re-delivery, failed delivery attempts, or returned shipments caused by inaccurate information.
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, inspections, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import licences, sanctions screening, and local regulatory requirements. You are responsible for ensuring lawful import and for paying duties/taxes unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific programme.
4. Title, risk, and insurance
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, risk of loss passes in accordance with the Incoterms or shipment terms stated in your order. If no terms are stated, risk typically passes upon delivery to the carrier. Insurance is only included where explicitly stated in writing for the relevant product.
5. Carrier performance and third-party limitations
Carriers are independent contractors. WTTM is not liable for delays, loss, damage, misrouting, customs holds, or failures caused by carriers, customs authorities, border agencies, or other third parties outside WTTM’s reasonable control.
6. Events, badges, and on-site fulfilment
For event-related items (badges, tickets, welcome packs), fulfilment may be collection on-site, courier delivery, or hybrid. You must comply with event organiser rules, identity checks, and security screening. Failure to collect on-site within stated windows may result in forfeiture or reissue fees.
7. Failed delivery, returns of physical goods, and support
If delivery fails, we may attempt redelivery subject to carrier rules and additional fees. Returns of physical goods—if offered—are governed by the Refund Policy and any product-specific return instructions.
