Cancellation Policy
This Policy explains how cancellation works for different WTTM offerings. Cancellation is not guaranteed where services are personalised, time-critical, or already performed.
Effective date: 27 April 2026
1. Contract formation and written confirmation
A binding contract is typically formed when WTTM confirms acceptance of an order (email, dashboard status, or ticket issuance). Until then, WTTM may reject or propose alternatives.
Cancellation requests should reference the confirmation reference.
2. Event tickets, exhibitor packages, and sponsorships
Event-related purchases may have tiered cancellation windows published on the relevant event page or order form. As a general commercial rule (unless a different written schedule applies): requests received well in advance of the event may be eligible for partial credit or partial refund; requests close to the event date are often non-refundable due to committed venue costs, production, and staffing.
If WTTM cancels an event, remedies will be communicated per event terms (which may include refund, rollover, or credit).
3. Digital services, memberships, and platform access
Digital subscriptions or memberships may be cancellable for future renewal but not for past periods already delivered. One-time digital deliverables may be non-cancellable after delivery begins.
Account closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless mandatory law applies.
4. Advertising and creative production
Advertising may become non-cancellable once creative is approved, inventory is reserved, or campaigns go live. If production has started, cancellation may incur fees reflecting work performed and third-party costs.
5. Procedure
Submit cancellations in writing to [email protected] from the email associated with your account. Include order ID, service name, requested effective date, and reason.
Verbal cancellations are not accepted where written confirmation is required.
6. Administrative fees, credits, and offsets
WTTM may apply reasonable administrative fees, payment-processing costs, chargeback fees, or currency losses when processing cancellations permitted under contract.
WTTM may offer account credit instead of cash refunds where commercially reasonable and permitted.
7. Force majeure
WTTM may suspend, postpone, or modify services due to events beyond reasonable control (pandemics, government actions, wars, strikes, failures of telecommunications, major supplier insolvency). Remedies depend on the product terms and feasibility.
8. Consumer rights carve-out
If you qualify as a consumer under applicable law, you may have statutory cancellation rights for certain distance contracts. Where such rights exist, we will honour them and provide instructions (including any model cancellation form required).
