Scientists from the Institute of Technology adopted this principle in order to invent a wrist-conditioning system. With the help of this world novelty, the user is able to warm his perceived body temperature in the winter by five degrees Celsius and in the summer around the same span to cool.
How It Works?
Basically quite simple: The technology is based on a physiological insight: that a person feels more comfortable by deliberate heating or cooling certain body parts, even if the core temperature of the body remains unchanged. It works with a simple display touch. The world premiere is the result of a collaboration with Embr Labs, a specialist in wellness applications, founded by the American scientists.
