Samsung is presenting the new CJG50 curved monitor at this year’s games.com, expanding its range of gaming monitors as part of Europe’s leading trade fair for digital gaming culture.
In addition to the new model, Samsung relies in particular on the 49-inch gaming flagship, in practical use. Visitors are invited to try out gaming “in extra-wide” on the stand itself. The gaming line-up from Samsung will be on display 2019 at booth in hall 10.1.
Samsung Is Expanding Its Gaming Portfolio With The New Monitor
We are talking about a 32-inch entry level model. The curved screen has the most important gaming features: a high contrast ratio, a refresh rate and a WQHD resolution – a lot of equipment at an affordable price. The monitor, which has been specially developed for gaming, is the perfect complement to the existing Samsung gaming portfolio. Gaming has long arrived in the middle of our society. According to a study by Game1, the association of the games industry, sales in the gaming market increased by almost 20% in the first half of 2019.
Play Experience With Realistic Picture Quality
The resolution of the gaming monitor is four times higher than HD quality. Combined with the high contrast ratio of 3000: 1 and the brilliant color representation, the monitor delivers a consistently precise image. The image repetition rate of 144 Hz also ensures fast image changes and reduces screen tearing. This enables an optimized gaming experience in a variety of game scenes and genres. By using the on-screen display Dashboard menu with a customizable interface, gamers can easily review and easily adjust key settings as they play. The monitor can switch to the so-called game mode at the touch of a button. This automatically optimizes the black level, contrast, sharpness and saturation of the image.
