These awards include exhibits that use modern technologies to enhance the quality and scale of agricultural production. The jury focused on exhibits with a high degree of automation of work processes, possibly using robots that use independent information and communication technologies and are elements of cooperative systems in the sense of Agriculture 4.0.
Brief Description Of The Exhibition
Agritec Silage is a unique silage capping system that provides hermetic closure by tensioning web straps over the silage film. The new covering system Agritec Silage Synthetic GmbH allows fast and efficient covering of silage without the use of heavy car tires and eliminates the risk of the foil breaking and air penetrating it. Immediately after transporting and compacting the silage, it can be hermetically sealed with minimal effort. The covering system and the true sealing of the silage ensure high quality of the roughage without secondary metabolic products such as mycotoxins, biogenic amines, alcohols. The hermetic covering of the silage guarantees the basic conditions for a successful fermentation process of the silage under anaerobic conditions.
Staff no longer have to interfere with ventilation control, eliminating the human error factor. The control unit evaluates the parameters and adjusts them adaptively to the current state in the barn. Thanks to smart adaptive algorithms and remote access from PC and mobile phone, the farmer gains a comprehensive overview of the condition of his animal husbandry.
